The property is modern looking and very nice with updated appliances and very clean. The rooftop patio with the hot tub is a very nice addition. All of the beds and furniture are very comfortable and nice. The location is perfect. Amazing panoramic views of the mountains and great views of the lake. Only a few minute walk to the water, as well as to the market and local restaurants. Less than ten minutes walk to the gondola.
Oliver, the owner of the property, was a fantastic host! We requested a child bed for a friends small child and he provided the bed as well as a high chair for the child to eat at the dinner table. Oliver also provided a lot of information about local attractions and activities, and also provided local tourist cards that gave us discounts at local attractions including the gondola and the aquatic center. For our drive back to Munich he gave us several scenic places to see and stop at, and it ended up being a very lovely drive. A very gracious and helpful host!
Overall this was an extremely pleasant experience. As an American from California I would recommend staying at this property to everyone I know that would like to visit Europe and do some outdoor activities. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat, and would love to see what it is like during the ski season.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.

The hotel reception area and restaurant are lovely - very traditional Tirolean. We had a standard double room that had an extra space for sitting - lovely. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean.
Dinner and breakfast was delicious and the service was super.
We had a view of the lake and the mountains which was fabulous.
It’s was very clean, Christine was lovely, there was free parking, the beds were comfortable, and we got chocolate eggs for Easter! All good really!! Nice view of the mountains from the balcony.
We have been accommodated in very clean and stylish apartment with two balconies. The host is very kind and always available either in the reception or per phone. There is even finish sauna in the garden.
The location is great, with view to the mountains, close to the ski lift and ski slopes. The apartment was spacious, with two large balconies, and a very well equiped kitchen. Everything was very clean and well organized. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
