The prize, location, rooms, kitchen and balcony are totally incredible and stunning. There is also lot of romance and magic in the old stove and washing machine. We were sitting together every night, drinking wine and watching the sky. And the owner was really nice aswell. I would totally go there again. I am even considering it after some time (and with better equipment) and than probably change the rating at least to 8 or 9. I really do not like to give 7 in this case. But the fact that there is no lower rating than 8 gives people huge expectations. Also if I would know the truth about the shower I would take portable one. The place is amazing and the biggest issue can be solved pretty easily. And than it would be at least 9. I still highly recommend it. For the prize it is really something ubeliveable. Even with the flaws.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Throughout our whole stay we couldn't believe how have we managed to find such a beautiful housing for such a low price.
The owner was super nice and helpful whenever we needed.
It is placed in a beautiful calm village with basic needs like a bakery and a supermarket near by.
Even though the advertised capacity is 8 people, there was 9 of us, with one person sleeping on the couch, which we were a little worried about, but in the end the couch was big enough for maybe even a tenth person.

Spatious, value for money location not far from Schladming ski center. Perfect if you have car and may drive everyday to key ski lifts (nearest connected to all regional mountains is Hauser Kaibling). 2-floor house with 3 separated bedrooms (one with own shower/toilet), additional living room, very well-equipped kitchen with all kitchenware you may need. Some sentimental games (Master Mind), accessories and traditional decor inside. Plenty of towels. Room to keep skis, washing maschine, sauna and foodball in the basement. Good, efficient heating. Backyard and terrasse available but not very handy in the wintertime.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very clean, beautiful and comfortable house. It is located at the edge of the village, which offers you great views of the forest nearby and a very big garden for kids to play. The owners were very friendly! Monika offered us cupcakes fpr our arrival and treated us also with cake and Easter eggs on the Easter day. we will definitely choose it again for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, typical Austrian style apartment. Good wi-fi, amazing view from windows and very peaceful area. Good heating. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitelly come again!
