Great location with amazing views to the mountains and the lake. Everything we wanted to see was within our reach. Lake, Waterfalls, Roman cable car, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance. Sufficient space to park the car. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice fire place for colder evenings. The place is clean, and well taken care of.

We rented the little apartment. It has a really nice and big terrace with a view of a forest. The place is very quiet at night. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom big enough. It was the end of October and the temperature went down during the evening but the room stayed nicely warm. Both hostesses were really kind and very patient with my German. We were definitely satisfied with our stay.

The location is beautiful and the sauna area is a dream! The kitchens are well equipped and there is a fantastic outdoor sitting area that you can use. T.his was the perfect place for our family to spend a little getaway and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bergl.21. The owners were very welcoming, the rooms were very large and we felt as though it was our home away from home. The property is very well maintained and the garden was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay so much. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to get away and chill out.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very clean and spacious apartment with all the comforts of being at home. The location is peaceful with beautiful mountain views and very easy access to the village, Achensee and local hiking. Ingrid, the host was welcoming and helpful.
We loved every minute we spend here. The staff working at every corner of the hotel was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean.

The room was lovely- very clean and fresh. It was well decorated and the bathroom was of a good size with a super shower.

Breakfast was also excellent, again a big spread with lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and the service very good.
Everything was amazing! Dinner was great, breakfast was outstanding. Also, the spa was a really nice way to relax after a long drive. We had so much fun with the staff at the bar, we were pretty bumped that we only stayed for one night. We will come back for sure!
