Big and nice living room, many appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very warm. The house in overall big and not dirty, good sound isolation. 15 minutes walking for snowboarders to the ski lifts, too much walking for skiers but bus station is close and tickets for bus were provided by the owner. 2 separate toilets and 2 showers that makes it easier to prepare for big group of people.

We had a wonderful stay in our accommodation in Kufstein. The house is lovely and in a fantastic location. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant and a short walk gets you to the city centre, the river promenade, the train station, supermarkets or right into the beautiful nature in and around Kufstein, all within walking distance.
The house itself had everything we needed and more. A huge and squeaky clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and a welcoming and practical living space. The friendly hosts made us feel right at home within minutes. We couldn't have asked for more! The pictures online are 100 % accurate.

Our group had a great time at the chalet - it's perfect for big friend gatherings. The house has everything you need and is tucked away in a quiet area. The host was v helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic spot for a getaway with friends - definitely recommend it!

Extremely clean, very spacious house. Looks like the photos. Light filled rooms, large windows with a view. Comfortable temperature indoors. Beautiful decor and fittings. Nice linens in the bedroom. Laundry, dryer, and airing room appreciated. Lots of storage in the laundry for clothes, as there is no storage in the main bedroom. Dedicated office space for those who need it. The location is great, 15 mins walking distance from the train station, 10 mins to the SkiWelt and 4 mins to the supermarket. There is parking on site for those who drive. Separate toilets/showers were great for our big group too. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, with dishwasher and cleaning products provided. Coffee pods provided. A gift of beer and wine in the fridge.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. The location was fantastic- easy 10 minute flat walk to Ellmau which had several lovely bars and restaurants, and also incredibly close to the ski lift. The flat was very clean and well equipped and there were nice touches like a communal area with games and books to borrow. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful- Julia even helped us sort out an emergency dentist appointment!
The apartment is big enough for two persons to enjoy free days on the mountain. Just one minute away from ski lift and bus stop, if you prefer to ski somewhere else.
It was very clean and cozy.
