Big and nice living room, many appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very warm. The house in overall big and not dirty, good sound isolation. 15 minutes walking for snowboarders to the ski lifts, too much walking for skiers but bus station is close and tickets for bus were provided by the owner. 2 separate toilets and 2 showers that makes it easier to prepare for big group of people.

Michael was brilliant who looks after the property. On a quiet road yet walkable into town. Large house with plenty to do including table tennis table and good BBQ.

The location was great - we skied at Kitzbühel and the rail passes made it very convenient, especially as the train stop was a 5 minute walk away. The area was very safe and quiet, and accessible by train. Julia was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.
We were a family of 8, including 2 children and we stayed 6 nights. The place was very clean and the view from the balcony is stunning.
The location of the town is great for trips both to the cable cars in the area and to Kaprun, Zell am See, Grossglockner, konigsee and more. Verna the host was very available and helpful throughout our stay there.
In the basement there is a play floor for children and adults who really enjoyed it.
