Big and nice living room, many appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very warm. The house in overall big and not dirty, good sound isolation. 15 minutes walking for snowboarders to the ski lifts, too much walking for skiers but bus station is close and tickets for bus were provided by the owner. 2 separate toilets and 2 showers that makes it easier to prepare for big group of people.

Stayed in Oberachen for a ski weekend with some friends and the stay was great. The hosts Manuela and Keith were super friendly. The apartment was clean and very well equipped, specially the kitchen. Hard to find a place with better quality/price in the area.

We were very impressed by the hostel. The facilities were great and very clean, as was our room. We spent time in the common area, admiring the mountains and watching the euros on the tv. The kitchen was also clean and well-equipped.

Excellent location! Right next to the gondola lift station. Very good breakfast to energize you for your morning ski. Ski hire is conveniently located just next to the hotel. The room is very clean, with a nice shower, and a comfortable bed.
It is a superb set of apartments. Plenty of space, very clean and well maintained. The apartment is modern yet also has the Tyrolean appeal you want out of the area.
The location is ideally located, close to both Elmau and Kitzbhuel. There are ski lifts within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast is filling and plentiful. The staff were welcoming and very happy to help. The hotel was very clean and spacious.
