We normally prefer to stay away from people but this time we opted to stay right in the centre of the village and didn't regret it at all! It was quiet, yet super convenient: cheap outdoor swimming pool right across the street, huge free of charge amazingly beautiful kids' playground too, tennis and golf course, great pizza place. Billa and cableway 500m from the place. Plus it was super well equipped, we found EVERYTHING in the kitchen, big pots, pans, even robot for pancakes and small plastic boxes for snacks. There were also towels, board games for big and small players, the terrace was nice too.

Beautiful building and village. The view from the top floor to the mountains was magnificent. Easy to go for hiking. Very friendly family running the place. Apartment was spacious and very clean.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly. We arrived earlier than the check in time and we were allowed to check in earlier. The hotel and the room are very clean. Variety of breakfast offering is excellent. Dorfgastein is a small but very pretty village. Lots of dining choices and close to most of Gastein attraction! Overall, an excellent stay!!
Really nice place for a family holiday. The apartment was very clean and equiped with everything you need. The owner is lovely lady with friendly dogs.
