Very nice place to stay in a busy city like Yerevan. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! We also enjoyed a barbecue dinner the first day, which was amazing after a long drive from Georgia. (We found that it was much better to travel to the city center by bus than by car.)

We are a last minute booking so we had to wait for apartment to be cleaned but we could leave our bags for the day. has views over city which look lovely at night. Separate bedroom with 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser and chair. kitchen is very well stocked to be able to cook with large fridge and for the first time clean dish cloths! Bathroom clean with shower cubicle so the floor does not get wet. Lounge chairs to relax and deck area. Also washing machine. Tucked away in a maze of backstreets so you get real local vibe.

The place was really very comfortable and clean, all the necessary amenities were provided, all the necessary equipment (2 smart TVs, microwave, washing machine, etc) existed. There was also a nice garden and a small pool. It was the best value for money. Highly RECOMMENDED.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

A beautiful tranquil setting amongst a fruit orchard. The home was very clean with a beautiful kitchen and lovely comfortable mattress.
Anna and her family were so kind and helpful and were very eager to help us with anything we needed.
You get a tiny super complete little apartment with kitchen, private bathroom and couch with TV. It’s about 5min walk to the main road. The bed was very comfortable, cozy and clean, the bathroom also very clean and the kitchen well equipped (with kettle, fridge, etc) where you can prepare your own food and tea/coffee. It’s owned by a very nice family which invited us to harvest delicious mulberries!! I wish we had more time to spend there :) highly recommend
It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!
This small, family-run hotel is well located close to Garni Temple. Our room was very clean, everything was new. T
he hotel has several rooms that are located on the same floor. On the floor there is also a lobby with a work desk, sofa and TV.

Breakfast is a la carte and delicious.
There is no kettle in the room, but the hostess made tasty tea for us several times. Very friendly, hospitable, calm place.
