This large, clean and well appointed condominium was great. My wife and I stayed for a week, and enjoyed the space, the free & ample parking, fast WiFi, the cooking facilities, large new fridge, spacious bathroom, plenty of hot water, and comfortable beds. The area of Golem is quieter than its busy neighbor, (Durres) especially in mid October, but there are still some restaurants open, good currency exchange facilities, and lots of good size and well stocked supermarkets. For a peaceful and very comfortable holiday by the seaside at an extremely fair price Jürgen's house (condo) is hard to beat. Thank you Jurgen, your communications before and during our stay were extremely helpful, we do hope to stay with you again in the future.

Spacious traditional flat at a reasonable price (50€/night). Helpful and friendly host who always answers quickly by mail and who provided us with water and cake when we arrived late at night. Parking available on the premises. Nice area with restaurants and supermarkets. Even though the flat is centrally located it is quiet in the livingroom. The sleeping room has windows to the street and is a bit noisier from the traffic in the morning, but it is completely fine. Try the cafe Aromal for breakfast nearby: we just loved it. Flat is approximately 15-20 min on foot to the city center and 25-30 min by car to the airport.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very friendly and helpful staff. No buffet for breakfast, instead you could directly order and then it was freshly made. Great shower, all was very clean and well maintained.
the property is old and you get what you pay, however everything is very clean and for one night we were very pleased. The owner was more than friendly and let us feel like home, brought extra for us delicious wine and shared with us watermelon for free. Very kind people and if you are staying for one night, nothing to complain
