The place was very comfortable, not far from the center and the beach! The owners of the house were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The holiday home was equipped with a kitchen where you can cook, it was also equipped with a washing machine for clothes and an espresso machine for making coffee! I stayed 5 days with my sister and I am very satisfied. I would recommend it to everyone 10/10.

This villa is definitely a magical place . The villa is absolutely clean and equipped with modern standard. The host himself is very friendly and helpful in any situation. Every question we had was answered very fast and our host was always trying to give us the best locations to eat, shopping, and sight seeing too. To be short, I can recommend to book this villa for every family who likes to visit Albania and have a nice stay on the beach with beautiful view and beautiful people. It was our second time here, and it was again really pleasant. Willy Aparments is perfect if you want to enjoy some time at the beach, which is at walking distance, or if you want to explore the region. Close by there are also very good restaurants. The owners are always helpful and kind.

Arriving at Biku's Villa felt like coming home. From the very first moment, Amenda’s parents welcomed us warmly, offering drinks and overcoming any language barriers with the help of Google Translate. The villa itself is situated at the end of a beautifully maintained garden. We had the freedom to pick delicious fruits and vegetables from the garden, and one day, we were even gifted a bowl of heavenly figs. Our host also kindly helped us with a trip to the store. The villa has its own dedicated sun umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach, which is just an 8-minute walk from the house. It's a peaceful retreat away from tourists, yet only 3 minutes away from a local restaurant, Niko’s Bar. If you're seeking tranquility and relaxation, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

What exceptional hospitality! The house is fully stocked with everything we need and more. Utterly relaxing to be peacefully located surrounded by garden and fruit trees, we loved watching the sun set over the vineyard from the kitchen patio. There is so much to explore in the area but some days we didn't want to leave Per Mik and its haven of relaxation. Wish we could have stayed even longer.

It has several options for sleeping beds and the best thing was that it took my two cats with me and the house guest was very welcoming and pet lovers. Everything was clean and it was a minute walk from the beach. Also has a pool in front of the house.

The property is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It’s perfectly located, in a quiet area. Next to the beautiful castle, not far away to the Shkodër city and lake. You have a beautiful Drin river about 25 minutes away.

Family business, very clean, very nice staff. Best location just a few minutes walk from the seaside. Central location, you can easily find supermarkets near by, which have fresh vegetables. Highly recommended.

I spent a wonderful family vacation, calm and safe. We come from Belgium and we enjoyed it a lot. The shower with iodine on the coast and very healing was the best of that country. The location of the apartment was only 100 meters from the sea in the center of Velipoja. .just a few meters from there and you can find all the necessary services with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, everything you need. the apartment was very clean and with new and modern furniture. there was an elevator and it was secured with cameras and guards.
We had a great week in this Villa. The villa is as described in the pictures, super quiet and very clean and in particular the beds are super comfortable!! To the beach it's max 3 minutes walk. The neighborhood is currently building a lot of new hotels, so in the peak season probably gets significantly more crowded than we were.
Flori is a very gracious host who was easy to reach at all times.

Very clean and spacious apartment with amazing views of the garden . The host was super sweet with us, completely flexible for checkin, and she even gave us a small bouquet of flowers from her garden for the road!
The location is on the calmer end of town. The beaches and waterfront restaurants are foot accessible, but with our rental car it was easy to get around.
Overall a great stay, and we are looking forward to come back here.
