The facilities are excellent - modern kitchen with oven, microwave and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine (with free pods) and a barbecue outside (with free charcoal). Large fridge/freezer. The garden is wide and spacious with a big dining table in the middle, there is even a fire pit for the evening. The front gate of the property is a few steps from the beach, and you can choose your lounger for your stay (price included as well!). It is far enough away from the centre to be peaceful, but still only 15 minutes walk from the local stores. There are bikes supplied as well if you fancy that. The large TV has video on demand and Netflix. WiFi is fast, strong and reliable. There is an alarm system as well so you know the place is secure when you go out. If there are any problems, I mean any, then Sajmir the owner is just a phone call away and he won’t rest until the issue is resolved. There is even an 8-hour battery backup system for the alarm, TV and internet in case of any power outage.
"Per Mik" cottage in vineyard is a recently renovatedholiday home in Shkodër, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden.

What exceptional hospitality! The house is fully stocked with everything we need and more. Utterly relaxing to be peacefully located surrounded by garden and fruit trees, we loved watching the sun set over the vineyard from the kitchen patio. There is so much to explore in the area but some days we didn't want to leave Per Mik and its haven of relaxation. Wish we could have stayed even longer.

Great location if you want a beach vacation with some privacy. Our appartment was modern, super clean and had everything you could need. The AC was greatly appreciated in the heat and you really only need 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and accomodating.

It was our second time here, and it was again really pleasant. Willy Aparments is perfect if you want to enjoy some time at the beach, which is at walking distance, or if you want to explore the region. Close by there are also very good restaurants. The owners are always helpful and kind.
