It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

It is in a quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes on a bicycle to the beach and about 15 minutes to Hoi An ancient town. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool to lounge and swim. Our host Hien is so kind and helpful and she made us a great breakfast. Definitely recommend this stay!

The guest house has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Great place for spending a few relaxing days at the beach in An Bang! Quiet and comfortable villa, large rooms, nice bathroom and shower. Beach towels are provided, as is drinking water. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants in the evening. The place is run by a lovely family and is maintained spotless, and Tan goes out of his way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and have everything they need. We would stay here again.

In the Cam Chau district of Hoi An, close to Cua Dai Beach, Mimi House features free bikes and a washing machine. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Just a wonderful place to stay. It felt very much like home.

Located in Hoi An in the Quang Nam Region, Serene River Hoian is a 4-minute drive from Cua Dai Beach. Featuring free WiFi in access in public areas, it also has an outdoor swimming pool. The property offers free use of bicycles and free kayaking on the river. Great location, friendly staff,even though they did not speak english and our Viatnamese is lacking we all coped. The rooms where large clean a comfortable. The pool was a bonus, as was the use of bicycles to get into Hoi An. Great place to stay.
