Close to the beach, so it's convenient for us to go swimming, only 2-3 minutes walk. The owner is very thoughtful, patient & supports us enthusiastically throughout the trip, also supports shuttle bus to the place. He also suggests places to visit / explore at suitable time frames. Thank you very much for a great service. My trip was more complete when staying at An Phat guesthouse. We will definitely come back next time

Situated in Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Tic Guest House features free bikes and garden. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Superb big room with desk as well as kitchen area with sink and kettle. Quiet area. Owners were superb in organising me with motorbike hire and onward bus travel. Lovely coffee shop nearby as well as street food across the road and not far to Walk to restaurants etc. Great value for money.
