The Japanese-styled rooms are very clean, with TV (Netflix, YouTube), good hot water and pressure and a good bed, which some have complained about being too hard, but in fact, it's no harder than many beds I've slept in. My room had a small balcony. The staff don't speak English but are very friendly and helpful. Use a translator. My room was at the back and it was quiet. There are many good restaurants, both local and tourist nearby.

The location cannot be beat, less than 100 meters from bar maze, 400 meters from famous night market and 500 meters from xuan huong lake-5km around the lake for you walkers/runners. They have a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and one burner stove. Great value….
