The water pressure was strong, heater was good. Many eateries nearby. The owner (the woman) was very nice and accommodating although she couldn’t speak English. When she saw us bringing a plastic of clothes, she asked “laundry?” then she brought us to nearest laundry (not self service) and it’s affordable (45,000 VNĐ for around 4 kgs). She also helped us to communicate to the grab driver when we ordered the grab food. Very happy!

The stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were looking for a place that's central but not too noisy, touristy, or busy. We've found it all in this nice guest house in the heart of district one. The owner was nice and several of the other guests were japanese as well.

Very near to the bus stops coming from the airport. The host sends a very detailed description upfront that makes it easy to find. It is located near the busy and noisy partying-street, but you won't hear it from the rooms. The host is very lovely. She helped me to organize the transport of my two big bags to Mui Ne and talked to several vendors on the street to get a decent price but more importantly to organize the transport of the extra luggage. With her help, everything went smoothly then. Thank you again for your kind help!
