This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. The hosts, the hosts, the hosts. Cheryl, Roy, and Chad made us extremely comfortable and provided an amazing experience. The facilities are exceptional including 2x bars and pool. Food was amazing. Short walk to Brighton beach, 50 meters. Little bit further out of main centre's but Cheryl made us arrangements. If back in St Vincent would make it a point to stay again. Best accommodation.
Kingstown
Featuring a balcony with sea views, pool with a view and a garden, Waves Villa Guesthouse can be found in Kingstown, close to Argyle Beach and 400 metres from Mt. Pleasant Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Each room has a patio with garden views. The Waves Villa Guesthouse is located in a very quiet area at the South East coast, 30 minutes from Kingstown but only 5 minutes from the airport. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made us feel home and very welcome from the first moment. They have a beautiful garden with tropical flowers, a pool and some cute tortoises, cats and dogs. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped and we loved the view from the balcony to the sea, especially during sunset. It's amazing. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Kimmo & Claire helped us with everything, especially when our luggage was delayed. (Thanks again for everything!! You were the best hosts ever!) They made everything to let us enjoy our holidays and we even extended our stay there. We would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend this guesthouse!!

I was looking for a location that was not just beautiful, but also peaceful. this gem is nestled in the Rawacou area. Looking for an escape Waves is it! The host is really great at catering to your needs!
Spacious and clean. Great location and easy to find. We loved how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. Loved how the bathroom was located in the room. Would definitely stay here again.
Location couldn't be much better if there for the cricket at Arnos Vale, which we were so basing review on this. Very close to stadium and also 2 good bars in Chill Spot and Tree bar. Tree bar has excellent food! Communication from host was awesome. Apartment was big. Aircon in rooms great, and would cool the whole apartment in short time. Very clean, tidy, and safe. Ok Beach about 10mins walk away.

This guesthouse is a special find, with lovely hosts, a wonderful view, sweet dogs, charming cottages, and a lovely location! It's close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for someone about to fly, and is also an easy walk from a protected seawater bathing pond. I can't wait to stay there again!
Charming little property right on the coast with magnificent views. Only a few steps away from the beach (bathing in the sea not recommended here). Well looked after garden and a small dipping pool to cool you down. The units were well equipped and our host Kimmo was quick to help if we had any questions or anything was missing. Great place to wind down and relax as it is situated a long way from civilisation. A car is necessary, its a few kilometres to the closest supermarket and a good 30 minute drive to Kingstown.
Lovely combination of homestay/boutique hotel! Very quiet location within reach of Brighton beach and the international airport. Delicious local and international food! Spotlessly clean and excellent personal service. Very comfortable bed, shower and lounge area. Everything one could wish for on a holiday !
