Located in Corolla, 700 metres from Currituck Beach, Wild Horse Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Excellent location - a short walk to the Currituck Lighthouse & Maritime Museum & several places to eat. Beds were very comfortable & A/C system is quiet enough so it won't keep you up all night. Breakfast was great. We didn't have a chance to have dinner, but if breakfast is any indication, I'm sure the food would be great too. Banana Dog Cafe (a food truck run by the owners daughter on premises) makes the BEST coffee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A short (4 mile or so) drive into town for more shops & restaurants.

Island Guesthouse and Motel OBX provides accommodation in Manteo. Among the facilities at this property are a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Host was amazing. Great price.

The Inn on Pamlico Sound has free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and private beach area in Buxton. The room was comfortable and inviting with a nice view. I liked there was a connection to the restaurant without having to go outside. Really liked the duel headed shower idea.
