Excellent location only a couple of miles off the freeway. Really comfy bed and great shower over the bath. Wonderful view of the lake and the lake was an easy 3 mile round trip. You could use the kayaks or bikes if you wanted to be more adventurous. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Will definitely go back when passing through again.

Breakfast was excellent, with good choices, tasty, and nutritious. The owner, Stacy, and his family were outstanding, very helpful, and friendly. It was one of the best stays we had in the USA for years. Next time we will come earlier to sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

The property is an elegant renovation of a New England period architecture. It was easy to walk to the town, shops and restaurants. Portsmouth has a lot of New England charm. The bed was extremely plush and comfortable. The decor was beautiful inside the room and throughout the Inn. The owner John greeted us when we arrived, he explained the history & renovation of the property and made us feel genuinely welcome.

The property is neat & clean, very well decorated! It is located in Lincoln NH near a lot of restaurants and shopping! About 45 minutes away from North Conway, and other attractions, like skiing! I totally recommend this place! I would post pictures but I only took a video!
