At first, I was concerned when my wife booked our Monday to Thursday vacation at a wedding venue. I was very pleasantly surprised to experience an amazingly wonderful vacation! I discovered and confirmed that, as a wedding venue, they are not always very busy from Sunday to Thursday. During our week, there were four other couples or families on the property. We only saw them at breakfast or at a distance on the property. The rest of the time we felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. The breakfasts were wonderful! We were given options and our selections were prepared specifically for us, at the time of our request. Being gluten intolerant, we discovered that the Oaks staff was very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and were able to provide entrées to meet our dietary restrictions that were very tasty and appealing! We were fully prepared to experience all kinds of mosquitoes and insects, being on the Eastern shore of Maryland in August. To our surprise, we did not see any mosquitoes, spiders, or any other types of insects throughout our entire stay. I even looked under the Adirondack chairs and recliners in the pool area and around the property and did not see any insects or spiders of any kind. We asked and were told that the property is sprayed regularly. The staff (especially Lamond) were exceptionally supportive throughout our entire stay. The entire property was clean and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property!

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, the units at the inn have a TV and air conditioning, and certain rooms will provide you with a balcony. All units will provide guests with a fridge. The room was very comfortable; breakfast was delicious(!) and included fresh herbs, tomatoes, etc., all from the proprietor's lovely garden that actually piped in soft music! The dining area was lovely and looked out through a wall of windows, into the garden. Every table had a lovely view. The cottage, where one finds the breakfast room had a very large collection of hand crafter jewelry, artwork and other lovely, local items for purchase. Finally, the Inn is an easy walk or bike ride (bikes provided at no charge) into town. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

Old Brick Inn is made up of three buildings, all situated in St. Michaels, Maryland. The property features free WiFi and parking. All rooms at Old Brick Inn have air conditioning, flat screen cable TV's and private bathrooms with some featuring double showers or spa baths. Ver nice to have stayed in the same room as the Colonel. Very close to everything we needed to have for our stay.

Meeting facilities and luggage storage available at St Michaels Harbor Inn. There is a 24-hour front desk. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling, fishing and kayaking. We did not do breakfast. My daughter stayed there a few years ago and said you had a continental breakfast. When we arrived we found out you no longer provide a continental breakfast. The room was nice and the view wonderful. We watched an American Eagle scoop up a fish out of the river. We also liked having the bikes available.

Breakfast was excellent.
