Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

The staff was amazing! The grounds were spectacular - every time you rounded a corner, there was another private little sitting area. We didn't get to stay long enough and although this was our first time to P'town, it won't be our last! They made our short trip memorable and we can't wait to come back and stay here specifically. The staff went above and beyond and their kindness truly made the difference.

The historic Queen Vic Guest House is located in a former sea captain's home, just steps from the beach. A complimentary continental breakfast, including fresh fruits and baked items, is served each morning. Stan and Josh are the most welcoming host i have ever met on a B&B. From the beginning their help with access to the town & accomodation was extraordinary. I arrived late but accessing my room was no problem. Although i had booked the tiniest room in the house it was so very well organised that i did not miss a thing. Delicious breakfast was offered in quite some variation and having it on the balcony in the sunlight was the perfect start of the day. The property is situated on the main street but i was surprised how quite it was at night! I highly recommend this without any limitations!

Everything, the architecture of the house, the owners very kind, the room was super cozy and warm, breakfast delicious, the location very close to the beach and in the middle of the Cape, walking distance to the restaurant nearby. I love this place!
