The staff were extremely helpful with all requests. They allowed me to leave my bag there before check-in time and after check-out time. The room was very well appointed and clean. The kitchenette was adequate but you won't be cooking meals there. The noise factor was zero from other rooms. There is the most incredible supermarket that I've seen in Ukraine called "Le Silpo". Incredible selection of wines, chocolates, pastries, pre-cooked meals, exotic fruits and to top it off, there is a restaurant with high quality meat and fish and a pizzeria. Super close to the main street in town.
