Breakfast is included - small individual portions (not a buffet, possibly because of the pandemic) - but very tasty and great coffee. Even so, the fantastic staff is where this hotel shines. Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

We bought food from the night family and enjoyed it at the first floor coffee shop; then we went to the third floor where it's a library to enjoy the rest of the night. The room, of course, is not big. The shared space greatly increases our travel experience.

Benson is an incredibly welcoming and kind host who clearly puts love and care into his home, you can feel this when entering. The room has lovely touches and is spotless. Benson also shared a list of places to eat and visit and was always recommending cool things to do, which was very helpful. All in all, everything was perfect and we hope to be back at some point. This place sets the gold star standard for accommodation across booking and Airbnb, which from my experience is rare nowadays. Highly recommend!
