A recently renovated guest house in Miaoli and with Tai'an Hot Spring reachable within 31 km, 小仙肉包棟民宿 features a garden, rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Loved the interior deco especially the plants. Well equipped kitchen. Dining area is cozy. There are board games for leisure. Lots of plants all over the place, just lovely. Washing machine was faulty& the host offered to do our laundry.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Olive Tree Village, although we had to cancel our hiking plans due to Typhoon Gaemi and spent our time in our room or in the cafe. The reason for this is that the operators are super friendly people and the cafe is very lovingly furnished so that our young daughter never got bored despite the circumstances. The food was very healthy and lovingly prepared and the hosts helped us in advance before our stay (hiking routes, ordering drivers) and also with our travel plan changes due to the typhoon. We plan to visit Taiwan again and will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Easy to access from the train station and the local market. The owner was really helpful for giving me tips about traveling around the 三義area. Dormy Room was really cozy and has everything I needed.

Loved everything here. Extremely family friendly and catered to travellers with kids. Never a dull moment with lots of sight seeing, activities. Even have macaroon baking activity at 8pm. Room size very good. And very clean.

On arrival Mandy drove us to a great local eatery for our lunch. Willie her husband came over to chat with us in the evening. He was able to converse with us in English and this was great. We really appreciate their kind gestures. Their home has interesting art pieces. The house is very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay in.

Offering a garden and mountain view, 响銅鑼民宿 is located in Tongluo, 42 km from Fengjia Night Market and 46 km from Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store. I loved the hostal, and it is like being in a charming house in the mountains. Also, the landlady was very friendly with us, very accessible with some favor we asked. For sure I will be there again soon, when I want to escape from the noisy city.
