Melih and his brother were super super helpful. Great people. Location was outstanding, barely metres from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The view from the top floor room has a nice sea view, but from the terrace where breakfast is served is even better.

Situated on one of the Princes’ Islands, Buyukada, this cosy hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Only 70 metres from the seaside, Masal Hotel is 500 metres to the main port.... Our room was lovely with a nice balcony and a bit of sea view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern with a great shower. There were comfortable chairs in the room and on the balcony terrace. The hotel was only a short walk from the ferry, all flat. Also convenient to many restaurants and close to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful with both info and luggage. We really enjoyed having our delicious Turkish breakfast on our balcony. We also loved all the historic buildings on the island and the friendly welcoming locals.

If you have few days to enjoy Istanbul, you should absolutely stay at Grandma's house. The location is perfect and the owners are so kind and welcoming.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was tidy and clean with everything you need (but teapot and fridge), magnificent view from the top floor where the breakfast is served. The location couldn't be better.

Location is the key, it's walking distance to most of the historical attractions of Istanbul, yet it's in a quiet and pretty street. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good (amazing coffee). The host is very accommodating and welcoming.
