Situated a few steps from Nizam Beach, Orhan Kutbayin Evi offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The host was extremely sweet and very helpful. Location was nice and the room was very comfortable with a nice big bed and beautiful terrace.
Very cosy hotel close to the beach, very welcoming host, we enjoyed every day of staying there. Restaurant in the hotel is working till night, bus stop is in one minute from the hotel. Just everything was perfect.

We had a very pleasant 5-day holiday at No 16 Ada. Our host was extremely helpful, very pleasant and made us feel at home. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Büyükada is a great location for a brief autumn holiday, nice walks, good restaurants, interesting old houses in the main town, good and very affordable ferry connection to Istanbul, that run late into the evening.
It's a well priced comfortable little guesthouse right in the centre of the quiet town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good hot water. Run by a lovely guy whose name I can't pronounce, I think it might be Mahatma. Thanks Mah'ut'merrr!
