This property really exceeded my expectations. Even though located in the heart of the Medina, the area was very calm and peaceful. The building and rooms are very tastefully decorated and the services were all very well-done. Breakfast was available even during Ramadan and the staff were very attentive. The hammam was clean, warm, and lovely and the attendants were extremely kind. You are within 3 minutes from the Zitouna mosque, most of the Souk, and the ministerial buildings. I slept very peacefully in the comfortable bed, there was coffee and snacks made available, and the bathroom is well equipped.

The family who own and operate Dar Corniche La Marsa excel at creating an environment that is peaceful, clean, and inviting. They were exceptionally helpful to me throughout my stay. The staff who serve breakfast and clean were also wonderful. My room was beautiful and mattress comfortable. They have put thought into every detail. And the breakfast is superb.

When I wasn’t out exploring, it was great to relax with a book. The rooftop is lovely, and the location is convenient. Also, the price can’t be beat. Great value!
