This is a very nice small hotel if you are looking for a clean, beautiful and fresh hotel. The room with view of the sea was amazing. Very well kept and fresh. We quickly felt at home. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast amazing and exciting. Even though we stayed one week we got new surprises every morning.

Offering inner courtyard views and a garden, The 18, Marsa Guest House offers accommodation ideally located in La Marsa, within a short distance of Corniche Beach, La Marsa Beach and Sidi Bou Said... Said and his wife gave me a very warm welcome and showed me round the accommodation on arrival. Unfortunately I only stayed there for one night, but Said was always helpful and I enjoyed the chats with him a lot! He did everything possible to make me feel comfortable all the time. The property is more beautiful than in the pictures and you feel right at home. The view from rooftop is a real highlight. The room was sufficient for one person and clean. The AC was nice and strong. The location was also perfect!. The accommodation is in a very quiet area, only 5 min walk to the beach and also to the centre with shopping facilities and the train station. If I will ever go to La Marsa again, I would definitely stay with Said and his Wife!
