Yes , it is simple but it is clean and somehow comfy, the provided fliplops, tooth brush kit and the soap. We stayed at the second floor and there was no one else in the building (I think there are only 2 rooms total) so it was 100% privacy, the building is situated in a garden and there is a veranda where you can observe the garden. The lady who owns the place is very sweet, she was worried we are cold in the night and brought us a blanket and also cut for us some local fruit in the morning as compliment. It is a great way to see the local life. The lady speaks very good English and is open for conversation if you what to. I personally felt there very comfortable and good value for money.

This homestay is so warm and helpful. The owner send me to the train station and it's free. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome. The first day is Thai fried rice and the second day is Pad Thai. It's so delicious.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Banmon Makok is located in Ban Makok, 36 km from Grand Canyon Chiang Mai and 43 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. Very satisfying. Good food. Very comfortable experience. Be here again next time.
