The location is close to the lake. There was a lot of different options for breakfast. Good wifi connection.

Only 200 metres from the Sava River, Hiša Aleš is set in the centre of Breg ob Savi. The staff was great, the room amazing, quiet, peaceful with everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was decent as well.

A recently renovated property, Rooms Murka is set in Bled near Grajska beach, Sports Hall Bled and Bled Castle. We were assigned a bigger room, which was nice. We were initially nervous about noise as the rooms are just above the restaurant, but the music did stop before bedtime thankfully. It was easy to park the car (car space just outside the building), easy to walk to the lake and a delicious cake shop is just metres away.

Boasting garden views, Apartma in sobe PR'OBJAN offers accommodation with patio, around 2.9 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj. Such a magical setting surrounded by mountains, trails, rivers and lakes. The host is just fantastic so knowledgeable and informative about Slovenia and the Bohinj area. She goes out of her way to be accommodating and takes care with plenty small touches around the house to appreciate and enjoy. The welcoming schnapps was also a real winner :)

Offering mountain views, a garden and free WiFi, Planinska koča na Uskovnici is located in Srednja Vas v Bohinju, 22 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj and 24 km from Bled Castle. We found a hidden gem in the mountains from which we were able to hike to and from. The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptional and the bathroom was brand new. In fact, everything was brand new there!! The hot showers run on a coin basis ( you get 3 minutes of hot water per coin). I was, at first a little worried but in the end 3 minutes is plenty of time to shower and even wash your hair! Perhaps the most striking aspect of our room were the 2 windows which provided beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. I mean...wow! The restaurant was very good, serving fresh and local products. I loved the barley soup! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
