We loved everything about our stay from the interior decor to the hospitality, the hot showers and FANTASTIC food. Shared bathrooms not an issue either as always seemed to be available even when every room was being used. The staff at the property were clearly happy working there and their enthusiasm exuded to us guests. Can’t wait to come back and see you all. Location perfect too!

She is helping us to booking some advantages activities in local Sweden, such as dogsledding! It's amazing. And her Lodge Lagom is fabulous! Nice decoration, super clean, multiple function facilities, etc. It is my dream guesthouse in Sweden. Highly suggest to stay here!

Excellent Very friendly and familial ambience due to Cornelia and Johan's professional way of caring for all hosts. Feeling of being at home 🏡. Sitting in the library or living room either on your own with a book to read and just relax, or meet new people spontaneously, or play some games with your own kids... or why not be inspired to draw some paintings like Chef Johan's other passion... Cornelia has a lot to tell, experienced, has been travelling around, very creative and social, she is Mrs Smile and so kind.

Everything was exceptional. We walked to the property on the St. Olav trail. Needless to say, nature is beautiful around this property. The service and friendly staff. The AMAZING food buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful. The dining room had amazing vies and the outdoor seating also had beautiful views of the water. Very peaceful and tranquil. The views are heaven. The room was spacious and clean with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I immensely enjoyed the relaxing sauna. I immensely enjoyed staying at this property and look forward to returning soon.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and we had all the facilities we needed. Stephanie really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Since we were here during one of the coldest weeks in decades (-31°C!), she placed a whole bunch of electric heaters throughout our rooms and made sure the wood stove was on to make it pleasantly warm and cozy. Since we were a little worried our car wouldn't start on our day of departure, she even made sure our car was able to stay warm enough during the night. We were really happy to have spent time here, and can wholeheartedly recommended it!

Pensionat Svea is situated in Östersund, less than 1 km from Mid Sweden University, a 4-minute walk from Östersund Bus Station, as well as 600 metres from Östersund Train Station. Was upgraded without any additional charge on arrival and able to check-in earlier, which was great as I had more time to explore the town. Always accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Situated 250 metres from Östersund Central Station, Pensionat Björnen offers free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Prästgatan pedestrian street is 350 metres away. Good value for money, very convenient, has a kitchenette and they kindly let us leave our bags for the whole day
