I always choose this hotel for my stays in Khobar. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet if you choose a non sea facing room as the traffic on the sea side of the hotel sometimes gets hectic and can be a bit noisy late into the night. There's a host of restaurants, coffee shops all within a walking distance of the hotel.

it's a good value for the money. spacious sala and room. location is within the city center of alkhobar. the only problem we encounter there is no heater in the bathroom, and it's winter time in alkhobar. but over all it's a good value for the money, it's a cheap price.

It was quiet city and near to super markets and stores. Near to city center and all main locations and corniche. The local arabic breakfast that was served, though not included with the booking was good.
