Many thanks for the great welcome we had at the Mystique Pension in Arad. A charming, clean place with great people. Even though the booking.com people messed up the booking (the owners of the guesthouse are absolutely not to blame for the accommodation mix-up), Mr Cori and Mrs Neli made sure that we, as guests, did not suffer. They handled everything in a professional manner. I would give 11 stars if I could for their professionalism, cleanliness and the way they treated us throughout our stay.
