Amazing stay, rooms are very cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Location is great, you can walk anywhere. The staff, however, is absolutely the best: both Anne and Vítor were super considerate and helpful, our car broke down 5 minutes away on arrival and they both gave us rides on different days, Vítor even went around with us to several car shops trying to find us a fix. We'll definitely be back!

In an ideal location in the historic old town. A great welcome from a very helpful host. Original and beautiful decor. Our room was very comfortable and had fantastic views over the city and to the hills beyond. A fine breakfast on the terrace too. Only sorry that the weather was not warm enough for us to use the plunge pool.

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience! First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.
