The best we had in Peru. Chip and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and very helpful with finding the Amazonas tour and a Belen food tour for us- both tours were great and in a good price.

Was abit skeptical to book it at first since there was no review available as it was new. But I was super glad that I chose to stay here. The owner Erika was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Besides, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. So did the bathroom. Additionally, there was even an AC in the room! Perfect for Iquitos weather. And there is a laundry service right at the entrance to the building, which makes life super easy after Amazon tour. Just that it closes on Sundays and I wished my stay wasn’t fall on Sunday 😅 Hence, whoever plan to stay here after Amazon tour and have a laundry service, arrange your days accordingly. :)

Offering garden views, Casa Albina in Yurimaguas offers accommodation and a garden. At the guest house, the units are equipped with a desk. Nice and quite place with clean rooms It was also possible to do laundry for a couple soles. The owner is super friendly.

Located in Iquitos, Alojamiento Everglow features accommodation with spa facilities, beauty services and a public bath. The owner was the best let us check in early and check out late and was so helpful and friendly. As for the accomadation was amazing value. Air con, comfy clean beds, working en suite. Had everything you need for the price I was very relaxed and content. 100% reccomend

Located in Iquitos in the Loreto region, Hospedaje Casa Amazónica Iquitos features a garden. At the guest house, the units are fitted with a wardrobe. My favorite hotel in Iquitos - I stayed here repeatedly and I've always enjoyed my stay very much. My room was really big and comfy, and it even had a private fridge, which definitely comes handy. I really liked the common areas as well. The owners and the staff are super nice and friendly, they even let me store my luggage when I was going to the jungle for few days. The area is nice, close to the main plaza, there are restaurants and supermarkets around. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe in the area.

Set in Iquitos in the Loreto region, Otorongo Guest House has a patio. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Really loved this place! A large and beautiful garden, very friendly people, lovely animals. The room was spacious and clean. The design of the hostel is very nice and the atmosphere super cozy. Great Chinese restaurants in the area. The location is quite outside the center, but a trip by bus or mototaxi is quick and cheap. On the other hand, the airport is very close, and the hostel is also on the way to the Amazon Rescue Center.

Sarisa House is a recently renovated guest house in Iquitos, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The hostel is in a beautiful traditional house at about 1/2 hour walk from the center (beware of motortaxi drivers who will tell you all sorts of lies to convince you to go to another hotel of their choice so they can get a commission). The room, living room and kitchen are new and well organized and equipped. Sarisa is a wonderful host who will help you in any way and can advise you about tours in the jungle, etc.

Karin is really great and nice person. Hostel is small and cozy with a wonderful view of the moon from the terrace.

Caravel Hostal features free WiFi and rooms with air conditioning in Iquitos. This guest house offers a terrace. The guest house has family rooms. We liked our stay in the hostel a lot. Mister in the reception was very friendly and helpful with us. When we faced the problem with mosquitos in the room, it was fixed the same day. The room is clean, comfy bed. It was great that there is kitchen where you can make home cooked meal.
