Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. The hosts/owners know how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Set on the water with a lovely ocean view, it was quiet and relaxing. We had a studio with a kitchen that was modern and well equipped. The breakfast offered was varied and healthy...along with homemade bread. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Our favourite accommodation during our trip in Norway. Far beyond expectations, for a very reasonable fare. It made other accommodations (often more expensive) pale in comparison. Easy communication with the owners. The type of room you wish yourself in every visited place.

Lovely lady, helped us out as much as she could. Had all facilities. Everything was working and in good condition. For the price that you are paying, I think it was quite good. The location is also pretty nice.
