Beautiful old wooden house at the ferry dock with a lovely shared living room looking out over the water, we loved seeing the ferry's coming in, also a good place to meet fellow travellers. Monica and Mario are great hosts and run a very good restaurantas well, best food we had in Lofoten and at affordable prices. Skrova was our favourite place on Lofoten (together with Reine), it has everything: peace and quiet, wonderful beaches and opportunity to fish or kayak, while not yet overrun by tourists. Fantastic views of the Lofoten islands and midnight sun from the Skrova mountain, which is a 40 to 60 minute hike from the accommodation.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Reine, Det Gamle Hotellet Guesthouse is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The bed, it’s so comfortable. The location, Reine is tiny, but it’s right in the center. Fridge and kettle available (instant coffee and tea too). Room was really spacious (two comfortable chairs and a coffee table). Beautiful views. Very clean.

Angelas Fjord Suite is located in Stamsund and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Angela. She showed us everything and explained everything. The location and the facilities in the room are really great. The only drawback is that the toilet is on the ground floor, so depending on the location of the room you have to climb a few stairs each time. This is particularly inconvenient for older people. Nevertheless, it gets full marks because everything else was perfect. p.s. Price-performance ratio was also top notch! Thank you very much!
