Situated by the Hardangerfjord, this family-run hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Ulvik village. It offers a large furnished terrace, free WiFi and a variety of accommodation options. The breakfast was very delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I am grateful. The hotel is located in a very nice area. The morning scenery is especially beautiful.

Historic Jaunsen Gjestgjevarstad offers home-cooked Norwegian cuisine, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. Voss is 25 minutes’ drive away. Located in Granvin which is a perfectly located place to stay and visit the fjords and other attractions in the region. The staff was amazing from the beginning till the end of our journey. Don’t expect a modern facility or an elevator in this place, but cosiness is guaranteed 😁. On top we had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it together with other travelers. To sum up, fully recommended!
