After staying for 2 weeks, here are my thoughts: The property was spacious, clean and provided a lot of necessities. The only thing I didn’t find was oil for cooking, I had to buy my own but that’s not a problem. -the kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, salt, pepper, dish washer, oven mitts, functional oven, drying rack, dish soap, and cutting board. They also include coffee with sugar and powdered milk. -the bedroom is comfortable, blanket was thick for the winter time and pillows were soft. -the bathroom was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, the place also includes heated floor so you can walk around barefoot. You also do live next to the renters so if you need anything you can always contact them. As a solo female traveler didn’t really find a problem with that. Netherlands, especially Enschede is considered pretty safe. If you can’t drive or bike the place is close to a bus stop, about a 7 minute walk. Bus number 9 takes you directly to the train station or Van Heekplein which is next to the movie theater.

Perfectly located on a quiet street, close to a supermarket, Enschede central station, and the old town centre. Communication with the host Wendy and the self check-in procedure was easy. I found the guesthouse very comfortable and clean, ideal for both work and leisure!

The location was fantastic, the spot itself beautiful but it was also only two steps away from town so was great to explore nearby. House is old but nice, well maintained. Had an older style kitchen in it. Has one of those old keepstays in it (places like a closet where the past Dutch used to sleep). Wooden plank floors. It's part of a larger house but felt like a cabin. The owner went out of his way to help you.

The house is located in a quiet beautiful place and in reality it is much better than in the photos. There is a kitchenette, two floors, parking, in general, everything a traveler may need in this location. Kind hosts and impeccable cleanliness. I am very satisfied, for the money this is the best that could be found here.

This is my fourth visit. Property was exceptionally clean. Good bus connection, can reach city centre by car in five minutes, by bike in 10 minutes or foot in 40. If visitors can tell the host when they would arrive, they would receive a good welcome. Bicycles can be stored safely on the driveway because of cameras. Host speaks English, Dutch and Mandarin, understands German, Italian and French too. I felt very safe in the environment because someone was there all the time. For nature lovers, there are nice areas around for exploration. The owner has an on-site beekeeper who is happy to show you the bees and sell you some tasty honey if he is around (see photos). The honey is tastier and completely different from that found in the store, although sometimes there is some available during breakfast, you can always buy some honey or honeycomb to take with you.
