When I booked it was the cheapest bed in Managua on booking.com at ~$10usd and it was close to the bus terminal I used. They don't claim to have anything that's not there, which is nothing except a bed and bathroom. If that's all you're looking for then great, if you want a hostel (chair to sit in, kitchen, hot water, air conditioning, common area, etc: this is not your place).
The best host I’ve ever had! Allen is sooo sweet and does everything he can to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, breakfast is delicious and for diner you just walk 1 block to have the best local food ever (very cheap too). If you have any questions or problems, you can always ask Allen. I already came back twice, but I’m probably coming back a 3th time. See you soon! :)
A great hostel run by a lovely couple. It includes a delicious breakfast in their beautiful garden. They arranged a pick up from the airport and helped me with some questions on my first day in Nicaragua.
Eduardo is a great host, he made us feel comfortable. The place is walking distance to UCA.

Breakfast was included and was made fresh to order. Fridge was stocked with my favorite beer. The hotel staff remembered my preference. They arranged to have me picked up at the airport on arrival. Hostal is located on a quiet street only 1.5 km from the airport.
The hostel is vert well located in a safe neighborhood with restaurants, bars, supermarket and a mall just some minutes walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shared room ensuite is clean and comfortable. The city center is a bit far but it's not expensive to reach by taxi or InDrive.
Eduardo is the best host we've ever encountered. He'll go up and beyond in order to guarantee you'll have everything you need during your stay. Breakfast is fantastic, beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms have A/C and a hot shower with good water pressure. The place also has a beautiful garden that you can enjoy any time of the day. The location is good, it's just a short walk to Metrocentro and a cheap taxi to Managua center. Thank you very much, Eduardo, we had the best stay.
