The property is exactly as you see in the photos - gorgeously styled , clean and fancy looking . But it’s more that Mariette couldn’t have been more helpful . I had so many tours cancel while there and she accommodated me on every day when I had to change the days I stayed about a million times . It’s that she didn’t need to be so nice and she was . The hotel itself is just a little slice of heaven.

Namibgrens Guest Farm ligger i Namibgrens och erbjuder boende med en trädgård. Alla rum har ett kök och ett eget badrum. Var och ett av rummen har terrass. Sadly I arrived very late and had to leave early but even in the dark this place was impressive in architecture and I still do not know how it is possible to get it this spotless clean in the desert. Even though Iarrived more than an hour after sunset, I was greeted super friendly. I wanted to stay a bit longer but when the sunrise started could not resist getting on the road. Breakfast starts at 7 and ending up in Deadvlei at noon would have been too hot eben in winter. The villa itself has got big windows in every room, a big shower and a tub for two, a huge kitchen (fridge has got a seperate freezer section and not just the small ice section inside) and spreads over several levels. You can park right in front of your villa and the parking spot has got shade. My regret was not staying for more than one night to relax and take in this landscape.
