I was looking for a heritage hotel and this fit the bill. Stand outs were the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, all of them! The location, the breakfast which offered perfect variety without being an overwhelming buffet, the rooms, the coffee machine and cleanliness were all excellent.

Li's Inn is situated in George Town, within 1.8 km of Penang Times Square and 8.4 km of Straits Quay. Its is very new, clean and has a modern simple style in rooms and Bathrooms. We just loved, the room was comfortable with good air condition and lights. We had shared bathroom and they were also very clean, good water pressure and temperature. there was tea, coffee and water available 24/7. And the staff is the Best, helpful in every way and making you feel at home. the locations is also top. We walked everywhere. We are coming back in one week and will recommend this place to anyone going to Georgetown.

It is the perfect place to relax after spending time on the busier other side of Penang island — especially if you enjoy nature and bicycle rides in the countryside. We upgraded to the chalet with private dip pool and that was a treat. The path up to the chalet is lined with fruit trees and the hosts explained each tree and the other plants around.
