The room is clean and has essential amenities like washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker, hair dryer, which makes it feel very homely. The location has many shops and restaurants around - with notable ones like Growing Seeds Cafe, Hotpot Time, Yuan Wei Seafood, all the food is good - you do not have to travel out for meals! There is also a nearby DIY dryer shop that makes doing laundry convenient - the host also passed us a big reusable bag so that we can put our washed clothes!

I used the stairs to get tp the upper level, so bear that in mind for elderlies. The parking space was secure, in the vicinity of the house.
