The hosts Mama Yati and Papa Mas are absolutely fantastic people. They really make you feel like family and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. There are great restaurants in close walking distance and the beach is also close by. It was the perfect getaway for me.

Mr. Faizal and his wife were very welcoming. The swimming pool was awesome, especially for kids. The rooms were tidy, and all were prepared for us. The location is fantastic, safe and near the jungle. Really recommend this place.

I didnt not expect too much because of low price room but it made me "wow", very very very clean and clear room. Very beautiful accommodation with a huge garden and common area to read or just hang with your friends and family. They have a drinking water station and a small outdoor kitchen too. The owner is very nice and helpful, giving us advice on what to do. We rented bikes here too 2 times, good quality and affordable. What Ioved the most is the cleanliness of the shared bathroom and that they really communicate how people should treat such spaces. Would definitely come again!

The proprietors, Didi and Nanthi, are wonderful hosts. From the moment I arrived I felt like I had come home. I've been travelling for 3 months and Ocean Lodge is the best place I've stayed. if you are the type of traveller who would rather not stay in a big hotel, make your way to the Ocean Lodge. The rooms are super cozy, the bed is so comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, the location is quiet. You hear birds chirping in the morning rather than road traffic noise. Breakfast is prepared to the customer's taste; eggs, omelets, toast and Swiss style meusli. Hammocks in the garden for relaxation. Didi also rents scooters for transportation. I have no hesitation to recommend Didi and Nanthi's Ocean Lodge; when/if I return to Langkawi there's no other place I want to stay. Friends for life!!!
