The whole place has a charming design and good vibe. It is a separate suite in the yard of the local house, so you have all the possible privacy and a great opportunity to immerse into culture and chat with the family if you speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. Posada El Jardín is an eco-friendly property that offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, sun terraces by the outdoor pool, and a palapa that serves coffee for a fee. Lovely garden setting, huge room, AC, hot water, kind caretaker, good price, big breakfast, parking (free and safe), good location (not far from the main market and the main square; quiet neighborhood). There's even a swimming pool. We loved everything about this place. I would even consider revisiting the region just to come back to this hotel.
