The good taste and attention to detail is amazing. Aside from the beauty of the place, it's a great location, the beds are comfy and the showers are hot. Set within 300 metres of La Paz Square and 600 metres of The Alley of the Kiss, Carcamanes 17 Gastro-Hotel in Guanajuato features a terrace and rooms with free WiFi. We had a welcome courtesy drink upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was really good and the room although kind of small was fairly comfortable. The hotel management and staff were very professional and nice. The location was perfect. I would stay there again and recommend the place to any visitor vacationing in Guanajuato.

No AC, but the room is cooling, with a fan. Good value for money.

Lovely place in a great location for visiting San Miguel. This place is in the heart of the town, within walking distance to every sight! The owners are always quick to respond via WhatsApp which is very helpful. The place was very authentic and seemed very private, maybe because no one was in the other 2 rooms during our stay. The amenities, bed and shower were great. They also sorted our laundry for a small fee. Kitchen facilities were good but stove and lighter were not working.
