The bathrooms were clean and had basic toiletries. The hostel has a nice rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful. The location was very central and you can walk to a lot of places.

A recently renovated guest house in Mexico City and within 1.3 km of Frida Kahlo House Museum, Casa Tamayo features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. This is a very unique property. It was once a home and still has that same comfortable feel with the furnishings etc. My room and bed were very comfortable. The communal areas are lovely and great to have access to the kitchen. Coffee and teas provided free of charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent just a very short walk to the heart of Coyoacan. I felt very safe staying here. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked another stay here in May 2025!
