They were so friendly&helpful and looks like a kind of family business what is nice. They even booked the speedboat for me, although I had no clear communication with them upfront (in the end I had a double speedboat booking, which we sorted out :-)), they picked me up at the harbor. I had a room upstairs with a little balcony which was very practical. They offered not only breakfast, but also dinner, both served in a nice courtyard. I joined dinner 2x, was very good and at a fair price. It turned out that they have their own boat. I went on three trips: dolphins, coral garden(saw huge corals, turtles, catain nemo,...)&nurse sharks (I was really frightened, but amazing to do it) and island hopping to Thulusdhoo. Perfect is, you do not have 20 people on the boat, but rather max. 8. On my trips we were max. 4, which is great!! Surprise for me, when we came back from Thulusdhoo (if you don't surf, not really a must, but interesting), they surprised me with another dolphin watching as they thought I dind't see enough dolphins on my first trip with them!!

The hotel is ideally located along the pristine white sand beach of Thulusdhoo with rooms having a great view of the ocean. The recently constructed hotel looks just like in the pictures, and the staff, led by Sanjay, the hotel manager, extends a warm, polite, and helpful hospitality to each guest. During my stay, I had to balance work, and Sanjay ensured I had access to the fastest internet available. The overall experience was delightful, with all amenities seamlessly functional, and the proximity of the bikini beach area right in front of the hotel added to the convenience. The restaurant offers nice food for lunch or dinner. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to have relax in a bohemian atmosphere.

A continental breakfast is available every morning at the guest house. While I have been lucky to stay at some locations with great and friendly staff this was my best experience so far. A newer homestay with some of the most helpful staff I have come across. The room was good sized, had a kettle with free nescafe packets, provided free drinking water in refillable, bottles, great AC, and a comfortable bed. The only thing missing was a hot shower as it was instead warm but considering the outside temperatures this wasn't an issue for me My rate included a free breakfast buffet and I enjoyed many of my other meals there due to the prices and quality of the food They don't overcharge as you will see other places on the island for activities and even get a 10% discount on dives at the scuba diving shop next door. With only 10 rooms I plan on booking ahead further out as I expect it will be harder in the future to get a spot.

The guesthouse is nice with a place reserved to put your surfboards. Good breakfast. Definetely will come back in the future. Comfy beds.

I recommend this property to all who visit Thulusdoo, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view from the balcony breathtaking.. they can organize trips for tourists and also offer their snorkeling equipment, beach towels and bikes for free. I already miss that place and hopefully will return one day ❤️

With sea views, Iru Maldives is located in Thulusdhoo and has a restaurant, a concierge service, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. Nadine is the excellent host, we felt extremely welcomed there.

Continental and Asian breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and pancakes are available each morning at the guest house. At the property, there is an in-house family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. Location was central in the village, great WiFi, bed and all was fine. Breakfast was simple but great. Unlimited coffee and tea. No cooking area. Dinner was great. It’s a simple place with 4 rooms. The best was the housekeeper Rafik; always happy, polite, giving and generous and even made breakfast to go as I was leaving. He’s a hard worker and does his best to remember things.
