Host was wery friendly and always ready to help, all you need is to ask. Beach is really close and it is a really good value for the money. We will be definitely visiting again.

Nearest beach can be found 300 metres away.... There's not much to comment on coz when everything is great, you don't pay attention. Overall, it was a great experience which resulted into my thoughts of buying a house in Ulcinj :) Ramzes, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn't be better because you stay far enough not to get caught into the noise of the touristy downtown and enjoy the silence, views and tranquility and yet it's not that far from the beach and the centre, it would take around 10 mins or so. I wish I stayed longer.

It was a pleasure to meet them and get to know Ulcinj as a city. Considering their rates, it is quite a good offer to stay here when you come to Ulcinj.
