Maybe a few degrees colder in this top of the roof mansard during freezing temperatures outside (but the air heater does its job, so watch out if you easily catch a runny nose). Shared shower and toilet may disappoint some, but it was perfectly clean. Like regular train vs 1st class. Not a fancy place, but excellent value for money overall (and Wi-Fi included).
