I arrived at 10PM and had no problems to get key and open apartmens, instructions were very clear. There were tea, coffee and sugar. It was pleasant when I arrived to have a hot drink. Very good location, near by super market, room was clean. All was wonderful.

Very good, everything that you would need was provided from towels to even salt. She offered us a bigger appartment for free. Would definitely reccomend.
